Our Parent-Student Handbook can be viewed as a pdf document by clicking the icon below. Our handbook is revised from time to time. Parents and students are responsible for familiarizing themselves with RCA's policies and procedures. However, it is impossible to foresee all situations which may arise during a school year. Situations will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Thus, the RCA Administration reserves the full right to determine any consequences or make any ruling on events that fall inside or outside the guidelines of this book. Should the need arise the RCA Administration reserves the right to change or alter any portion of this book during the school year.
